Brooke Duncan

Brooke is currently the Senior Project Manager at Crafton Hills College which is part of the $500 million Capital Improvement Program at San Bernardino Community College District Bond Program. She is an experienced professional with an extensive background in the construction industry. She has excellent communication and problem resolution skills, consistently meets and exceeds goals, has an exceptional ability to face challenges, manage projects to successful completion, is highly organized, efficient and detail oriented. In addition, Brooke possess a broad range of expertise in financial management, risk management, contractor bonding, office management, coordination of permits and all pertinent aspects of construction management while fostering client relations for retention and growth.
