Personnel Philosophy

Program and construction management personnel are intimately involved in the operations of our clients and in fact become a direct extension of the client's staff.  This fact requires that BRJ take the utmost care in selecting, training and overseeing the BRJ personnel assigned to clients.

Minimum 15 years experience 
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred

Project Manager | Construction Manager

Minimum 4 years experience
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred

Project Engineer | Project Assistant

Construction experience preferred
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
