Uncomplicated services for comprehensive planning

Alhambra Unified School District had a master plan in place when BRJ was contracted as planners. The District wanted a thorough review of their Facilities and Educational Master Plan, a determination of the extent of available funding to implement the District’s bond projects and a master schedule by which to complete those projects.  BRJ met with key District personnel, reviewed in-place planning and laid out a program management plan that would provide straightforward program management services to facilitate the bond projects.  Nothing complicated, just quality service for comprehensive planning.

Description

BRJ’s services included a detailed translation of the educational master plan into facilities needs; presenting the most effective use of current facilities and site improvements. We produced a master plan for future additions, modernizations, and non-building changes to accomplish educational and community goals.

In addition to highly specific and technical services, we offered the school district interactive communications with campus administrators, school staff and students, boards of trustees, community groups and public agencies. In support of bond campaigns, BRJ created promotional materials on facilities master plans and led community information meetings. We also provided critical materials for grants and other funding opportunities.
